Specifying date fields in templates

010379.gif 010380.gif 010381.gif 010382.gif 010383.gif

When setting the object values for templates, we can use calculable values in addition to the fixed value, for date-type objects. The additional values are marked by letters:

the day of the date field

D – today

P – first day

Z – last day

the month of the date field

M – current month

P – first month of the current quarter

Z – last month of the current quarter

The year of the date field L – current year

Date fields by fiscal year:

HINT

The fiscal year is set differently from the calendar year in General.

The day of the date field for the fiscal year

BP – first day

BZ – last day

The month of the date field for the fiscal year

B1 – first month of the fiscall year

B2 – last month of the fiscal year

the year of the date field for the fiscal year

B1the year of the beginning of the fiscal year

B2the year of the end of the fiscal year

HINT

You can also add or subtract values to these values. You can define entire forms in this way (e.g., the quarterly report on tent sales).
