The Financials section in the Settings menu contains the following registers:

It is wise you set in Administration Panel primary currency used by the company. Fill in table and enter primary currency's valid date (that is. date from which it is valid) and determine method used in converting foreign currency to the local one (D - division (foreign currency / exchange rate = local currency), M - multiplication (foreign currency * exchange rate = local currency)). This setting ensures that a foreign currency is correctly converted to the local one.
