Import subjects

The wizard for importing subjects has two levels:

  1. Download import template
  2. Import subjects – allows import of an Excel table (back) to PANTHEON Web 

1. Download import template

Selecting wizard Download import template downloads below Excel table that you can fill in with subjects and required data.

2. Import subjects

Clicking on the Import subjects wizzard, opens a new panel:

Upload the filled-in Excel table into the space with a Drag and drop option or click in the empty space and a File Explorer window will pop up for selecting your Excel file.

After dropping the file or confirming your selection by clicking Open, the program shows imported data. You can then change or add data in this temporary panel.

Drag and drop or click to upload an excel file (.xls, .xlsx) Upload the filled-in Excel table into the space with a Drag and drop option or click in the empty space and a File Explorer window will pop up for selecting your Excel file. After dropping the file the program shows imported data. You can then change or add data before upload.

Status

An x sign shows that there is an error in that line. After correcting all the errors in that line, the x sign in the Status column will disappear.
symbol shows missing required input or an incorrect date in the specific column. 

Cancel

Cancels the import process.

Upload

Upload the data into the Subjects register.
