Consent
This form displays the consents and blocks for the selected subject. The consents are entered in the Administration Panel | Security | GDPR | Consent Register.

1. Consent
One tab of the form is intended for Consents.
Field descriptions are:
| Consent Type |
Select a consent type from the drop down menu. Consent types are entered to Consent Register in the Administration Panel. |
| Note |
When adding a consent we can insert a Note. If not entered while adding a consent, it is displayed a note from the Consent Register. |
| Valid From |
Beginning date for consent validity. |
| Valid Until |
Ending date for consent validity. |
2. Blocks
The other tab is intended for inserting blocks for subjects.

Name of the subject that is blocked. |
| Note |
A Note entered when inserting a block. |
| Blocked From |
Beginning date for blocking the subject, |
| Blocked Until |
Ending date for blocking the subject. |
| Blocked By |
User ID that blocked the subject. |
| Date Blocked |
Date of the blocking entered. |
| Unblocked By |
User ID that unblocked the subject. |
| Date Unblocked |
Date of unblocking the subject. |
| Unblocking Note |
We can enter the reason for unblocking the subject. |
