List of work records

The feature My records is a list of work records used to keep track of the work obligations of the company's employees. This information is then later to prepare the payroll.
This chapter shows how to record the working hours, lunch and departure of a user during their working day.

CASE SUMMARY
As an employee, the user must record their working hours, breaks and departures every day. On the date of entry, in this case 29 March 2023, the person responsible enters the start, break and end of working hours as follows:
- Opening the window My records
- Recording the start of work
- Recording the lunch break
- Recording the departure from work

1. Opening the window My records
The person responsible records the working hours worked every day.
To record the working hours for the selected day, the person responsible clicks the module Personnel and then the submodule Work records.
This opens a window on the tab My records.
2. Recording the start of work
On the date of entry, in this case on 29 March 2023, the person responsible starts working at 09:06.
To start tracking regular work, the person responsible clicks the button Regular work.

In the window header,
(Timer) starts running, showing the current duration of the selected work obligation.

WARNING
The timer can only be activated by a logged-in user who is entered in the Employees register and has the same contact information both in the panel General of the Employee Files in PANTHEON and in the Authorizations for the User at the same time.

The person responsible performs their work until the lunch break.
3. Recording the lunch break
To record their lunch break, the person responsible clicks the button Lunch break.

HINT
When you click any of the buttons, the time for the selected work obligation starts running from 00:00:00. The timer will automatically stop and the current obligation will be stopped when you start another obligation or click the button Departure.

When the time assigned for the lunch break is over, in this case 30 minutes, the person responsible clicks the button Regular work and the tracking of the working obligation resumes.

4. Recording the departure from work
When the time for the required daily working obligation has passed, in this case 7 hours and 30 minutes, the person responsible clicks Departure, which means that the current work obligation has ended.

This way, the person responsible records their working hours for the period of a single day.
