Reports in Credits and Leases

Reports can be accessed by clicking on the Print button on Credits and Leases documents or by clicking on the
(Reports) button in the toolbar.

WARNING
Credit and Leases module is being revamped, which is why these reports should be used with special attention.
Please note that the report Financial Overview of Leases (principal and interest) is currently not working properly.

You can set desired parameters for the report on the right side of the form. To create a report, double-click the selected report.

Here is a description of the form:
1. Report type: In this section, select report type you want to print. You can select between:

In this section, select documents criteria for the report.
Format

In this section, select the format of the credit and lease document. Select one of the following options:
- Credit (loan)
- Financial Lease
- Operating Leases
- Bank Guarantee

Status
|
Select the status of the document you want to use in the report:

Repayment Type
|
Select the repayment type:
- Equal Annuity
- Equal Repayment
- By payment plan
|
Document type
|
From the drop-down menu, select the document type for which you want to collect data for the report.

No. From/To
|
Select from which number document number you want to collect data.
|
Subject
|
Select up to which document number you want to collect data.
|
Contact
|
Select the contact person.
|
Department
|
You can enter a department or departments to find posts linked to these departments. You can use the multiselect button.

Cost Center
|
You can enter a cost center or cost centers to find posts linked to these cost centers. You can use the multiselect button.

External Contract No.
|
Report can be prepared for an external contract number.

Document 1
|
Enter document 1 here to prepare report.

Date of Approval/To
|
Enter the date of approval from/to which you want to collect documents for the report.

Repayment Start/To
|
Enter the date of repayment start from/to which you want to collect documents for the report.

|
Enter your contract number here to prepare the report.

Curr.
|
Report can be prepared for the selected currency. If unchecked, the account card will display posts in all currencies.

Date Due rate from
|
Enter the due date from which you want to collect documents for the report.
|
Due on date
|
Enter the date for which you want to check if there are some installments to be paid/get paid.

Status
|
Select the document status.

Discount calc. date
|
Select the discount calculation date.
|
Rate paid from
|
Enter the rate paid date from which you want to collect documents for the report.

Paid/unpaid instalments
|
Select the installments you want to display on the report:

Report
|
Creates the report. By right clicking this button, you can select the option to export data to Microsoft Excel.
