Toolbar
Toolbar in New Inventory shows Inventory list tab and below action buttons.
Some buttons(New, Delete) are only visible when you save or open existing inventory.

Opens a New inventory document.

Delete
|
Deletes the selected entry.
|

Wizards
|
The Wizards button activates when you select a warehouse. With the Wizards, you can view:
- In stock - option to find the stock count on a warehouse. After this operation, the program fills lines and the In stock column.
- Partial stock - option to find the stock count on a particular day for a particular warehouse and only for items previously entered into inventory count lines. After this operation, the program fills in the In stock column in document lines.
- Transfer serial numbers This action will allow you to transfer the serial number count from transactions to the inventory count. Both the serial number and the quantity in the inventory count will be transferred.

WARNING
The Wizards button only activates when you select a warehouse.

Save
|
Saves the document.
|
|
Print
|
Enables printing and previewing the form report.
You can choose between different reports, depending on the settings in the Report types register in PANTHEON.
If you don’t select a report from the drop-down menu, but only click Print, the last used report on the form will be printed out.
