Technical Guidelines Register

In this window you can predefine the most commonly used guidelines, which can be used in the treatment document. 

ID The ID is automatically generated and cannot be modified by the user.
Description Enter the description of the guideline. The Description MUST be unique and can't be repeated.
Note Enter a note for the guideline. If the note is entered when creating a treatment, then the note will be transferred into the window for the guideline. 
A Defines if record is active or not. Just active records are shown to user when entering new or modifying existing treatment documents.
