In accordance with the Article 69 of Taxation Procedure Act (Ul. RS, št. 21/06 UPB2) the general leger is available also in digital format for the needs of inspection of corporation tax. You can define criteria for transfer of general ledger data in the General Journal menu.

By using the icon for import/export found in the Taskbar 018884.jpg you may launch the function General journal - export to .txt file .

By activating the function you open the window for export of general journal to .TXT file where you can select a path by clicking the 015139.gif button, where the file should be created.

 

By clicking the Export button the program creates a file.

By clicking the Exit button you can close the window.

 

000001.gif The name of document shall be created automatically. In case that you want to save the file to a folder where there already exists a file of the same name it shall be overwritten.
