In Slovenia, according to the law, it is necessary to register dogs in the national database CRHŽ (Central Register of Pets). The data collected in CRHŽ is specified and can be exported from PANTHEON VET. 

In this chapter, we present the control Registered in CHRŽ with which the veterinarian can check whether the animal is already registered in CRHŽ or not when entering the animal.

The functionality is located in the menu  Veterinary | Codes |​ Code of owners and animals on the tab Dogs.

CASE DESCRIPTION

The receiver entered a new code for the dog in the Code of owners and animals. Now he must also transfer the data to CRHŽ. Once the transfer is completed, he marks it. The procedure for doing this is described below.

 

The responsible person on the tab Dogs assigns a checkmark in the confirmation box Registered in CRHŽ. In this way, he recorded that he completed the data transfer. 

WARNING

Dogs that have marked (with a checkmark) Registered in CRHŽ will not be included in the list for data export or preparation of the file for import into CRHŽ. Read more in the chapter Control of registrations and deregistrations in CRHŽ.
