Show only active
The responsible person can review active or inactive records of dental diagnoses using the checkbox Show only active.
The functionality is located in the menu Veterinary | Codes | Dental diagnoses.

CASE DESCRIPTION
The responsible person wants to review active and inactive records in the dental diagnoses code list. They do this by following these steps:
- Opening Dental Diagnosis
- Checkbox Show only active

1. Opening Dental Diagnosis
The responsible person selects the menu Veterinary | Codes | Dental diagnoses.
A code list with entered dental diagnoses opens.

2. Checkbox Show only active
Checkbox 
(Show only active) is checked by default.
The responsible person can review the records of dental diagnoses in the code list using the field Show only active.
When the field is checked, as shown in the image below, only active records are displayed in the list.
In our case, however, the responsible person wants to review both active and inactive records. For this purpose, they uncheck the box or deselect the field (shown in the image below).
Thus, inactive records are also displayed in the list, such as the diagnosis with code: CA/INF/M - Mesial infundibular caries.
