6VU - Print of tasks - basic
Print 6VU - Print of tasks - basic provides a basic overview of tasks. The printout shows the tasks of the veterinarian on a specific date, information about the task duration, information about the animal owner and the type of animal intervention, as well as the status of the task. The display can be freely created by selecting different criteria.

Below we present an example of a basic overview or printout of tasks.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EXAMPLE
The receptionist wants to print a basic overview of all tasks for veterinarian Valerija for the period from 1.3. to 31.3.2021. She does this by following these steps:
- Reception reports
- Input criteria
- Print

1. Reception reports
The responsible person prints the basic overview of tasks from the form Reception reports.
Selects the menu Veterinary | Reception. A window opens with an overview of tasks as shown in the image below.

In the command line, clicks on the button
(Prints), which opens the form Reception reports.

Continues to input the print criteria.
2. Input criteria
The responsible person wants to print the tasks for veterinarian Valerija for the period from 1.3. to 31.3.2021.
For this purpose, in the section Criteria appropriately selects the period in the fields Date from and Date to.

From the dropdown list in the field Veterinarian selects: Valerija Veterinarian.

Since she is interested in all tasks for the selected veterinarian, she leaves the checkboxes for Status of appointment selected as they are automatically checked.

When all criteria are set, she prints the overview of tasks.
3. Print
In the section Type of print opens the tab Overview of tasks | Basic.
Selects the type of print: 6VU - Print of tasks - basic.

Once the type is selected, she clicks on the button Print.

The print can also be done by double-clicking on the selected Type of print.

An overview of tasks for veterinarian Valerija in the selected period is printed.
