Add animals

In one treatment document, you can address multiple animals at the same time. The animals can be of the same or different species.  

In this chapter, we will present an example of adding animals to the treatment document through the use of the button  (Add animals). The functionality is located in treatment documents, which can be found in the menu Veterinary | Treatment, tab Owner / animal entry.​

CASE DESCRIPTION In the veterinary clinic, the owner Peter Pritlikavi brought a dog and a cat for regular vaccinations. The responsible person creates a treatment document for both animals at the same time for the veterinarian. This is done by following these steps: Creating a treatment document Adding animals to the document

1. Creating a treatment document

The responsible person in the veterinary clinic creates a treatment document upon the owner's arrival, where they can enter the treatment details for both animals.

2. Adding animals to the document

The responsible person wants to add multiple animals to the document. 

• They click on the button Add animals. 
• A form opens Add animals to treatment.

TIP You can access the same form/functionality Add animals to treatment both in the Owner and animal register, via the button Treating multiple animals, as well as in the treatment document through the button Add animals.
