Filter settings

Filters

 

On Reception, form is various filters available to narrow down a selection of appointments.

1. Filters

The columns in the list contain the following data:

Assigned to Select a user or multiple users by using the button. Currently, a logged-in user is selected when the Reception form is opened.
Data from, Data to

Date of creation of an appointment and task. Searches by the field date ins. in grid list.

 

2. Other filters

Owner by Search by owner.
Priority

Search by the priorities of tasks.

Title Search by the title of tasks.
Task Desc. Search by task description.
Calendar type Search by calendar type.
Task type Search by task type.
Document Search by documents that are in DMS ( Documentation).
Department Search by departments.
With this option, we can hide completed tasks.
With this option, we can show a linked document for documentation.
With this option, we can only see just our tasks.

Show by User

We can choose the options display by data on the calendar by a user.
Show by Branch We can choose the options display by data on the calendar by branch.
View SMS list  if we click on this button new window opens with the list of SMS that we need to send.

Button  Print

Click on this button opens a report for an appointment for the selected task.
Button Reset To reset settings.
Button Filter When we set all settings we click on this button to see the results.

 

3. Billing

Doc.Type We can search for uncharged treatmnets by type of document.
Show All Doc.Type If this is ticked, we see all unbilled treatments.

Show reversed

By selecting this option, we will be able to view documents that have been reversed as well.

Treatment key The number of treatments for which we need to create an invoice. And treatment must be closed.
Date The date of the treatments when was made.
Owner The name of the owner to whom we will issue the invoice.
Veterinarian The name of the veterinarian who made the treatment.
Amount due Amount due on treatment.
We select this option when we want to create an invoice.
We select this option when we want to create a packing slip.
With a click on this button, we create an invoice
With a click on this button, we create the consolidated document.

 

Click on buton open . TThis window is floating, which means that we can click around the program even if we have this window open.

CREATE INVOICES  
Doc.Type We can search for uncharged treatmnets by type of document.
Show All Doc.Type If this is ticked, we see all unbilled treatments.

By selecting this option, we will be able to view documents that have been reversed as well.

Dispence medicine If this column has a check mark, it means that the receptionist dispenses the medicine at the reception desk.
We select this option when we want to create an invoice.
We select this option when we want to create a packing slip.
With a click on this button, we create an invoice
With a click on this button, we create the consolidated document
MEDICATION DISPENSING  
Item ID of the Item.
Name The name of the item.
Qty. The quantity that we need to dispense.
U/M Unit of measure.
Done The receptionist marks the column if the Item was dispensed.

4. Waiting room

Appointment

The time of the ordered examination.

Arrival The time when the owner has arrived.
Owner Name of the owner.
Animal Name of the animal.
Veterinarain Information about the veterinarian from whom the animal is ordered.
Event Data about the type of examination.
Time waiting Information about the waiting time.
Click on this button to refresh the data.

Click on this button to pop out the waiting room. With this option, we can keep the waiting room open all the time, allowing us to use the program without closing this window.
