Create document
Documents of treatment are the basis for preparing the final document in the veterinary clinic, which can be an invoice or a delivery note. Once the final document is generated, changes to the treatment are no longer possible.
We have prepared examples and descriptions of the functionality for creating documents that conclude the treatment for you. The functionality is available through the button 
(Create document) on the treatment documents, on the tab Service performed, which we access in the menu Veterinary | Treatment.
The manual is divided into the following chapters:

The owner of the animal for the services performed and the materials used in the treatment process pays immediately after the treatment is completed. The responsible person prepares an invoice based on the records in the treatment document. In this chapter, we have prepared an example of creating an invoice document from the treatment for you.

The owner of the animal for the services performed and the materials used in the treatment process does not pay immediately after the treatment is completed. According to the agreement, the responsible person prepares a delivery note based on the records in the treatment document. In this chapter, we have prepared an example of creating a delivery note document from the treatment for you.

When the treatment of the animal takes longer, the veterinary clinic can, according to the owner's agreement, prepare a final invoice that collects the data from all treatments into one final document. The detailed procedure is described in the chapter Create summary document.
