Animal treatment accounting
Form Animal treatment accounting provides an overview of all treatments for a specific period, for a specific animal, and all related data associated with the animal treatment, we can send invitations for vaccination, billing, and analysis of insemination, etc.

case description
The responsible person wants to review the accounts of all captured treatments in detail for the period from 01.01. to 31.12.2021. On the treatment accounting form, they will set the output criteria, select the types of documents they want to include, and the appropriate output. They do this by following these steps:

1. Opening Treatment Accounting
The responsible person wants to review the treatment accounting - detailed for the period from 01.01 to 31.01.2021.
For this purpose, they select the menu Veterinary | Treatment Accounting.
The form opens Animal treatment accounting.
They continue with entering the output criteria.
2. Entering criteria
The types of outputs can be limited by selecting different criteria.
In the section Types of documents, they select all types, as they want to print the treatment accounting for all types of documents.

The process of creating a new type of documents can be read in the chapter Treatment.

They select the types of documents by right-clicking and choosing the option: Select all.
In the section Criteria they also specify the accounting period for treatments.
In the field Date from they select: 01.01.2021 and in the field Date to: 31.01.2021.
They continue to select the type of output.
3. Selecting the type of output
They want to print a detailed treatment accounting.
In the section Type of output the responsible person opens the Detailed tab and clicks or selects the type of output: 6V1 - Treatment accounting - Detailed (as shown in the image below).
They continue with the printing.
4. Preview Treatment accounting - Detailed
The responsible person opens the print preview by double-clicking on the selected type of output or by selecting the type of output and clicking the button 
(Print).
The program opens the print window for the selected output: 6V1 - Treatment accounting - Detailed.

TIP
The selected output displayed in the print window can be sent via email, exported, printed, etc. For these processes, various buttons are designated in the toolbar. Read the descriptions of the buttons in the chapter Print window.
