Taskbar

For general information of taskbar functions see Taskbar.

You can move between sales order documents by using the taskbar, which has following functions:

Navigation buttons

By using navigation buttons you can browse among data (from the left to right are: First record, Previous record, Find record, Next record, Last record). See Navigation buttons.

(Find)

Find - When clicking the Find icon, a special lookup window opens for searching, sorting and filtering through already entered records in the database by subject, name, surname, address, VAT code, post code, city, municipality.

Templates	A click on this button opens the templates menu.
Wizards	In wizard we have the the following functionalities: Join animals - this function merge data from the same animal with different ID's Transfer animal - transfer animals between owners Set animal status - change of status to multiple animals at the same time Group owners - we can transfer data from one to another owner Group file Import - we can import files in DMS for all animal from the list at the same time Shelter billing - we create invoice for municipalities Print all treatments for the current owner - we can print out all treatments for the current owner.
Report	A click on this button opens the window for report
Import/Export Data	Export vaccination to CRP ( only SLO loc.) Insemination export (only SLO loc.) Check in /out in to CRP ( only SLO loc.) Import Animal Import Owners Late Examinations Overview
