Business partners – Subjects

 

Business partners or subjects are all those with whom a company cooperates: customers, suppliers, carriers and other. In PANTHEON, the following types of subjects are used: customers, suppliers, banks, municipalities, institutions. They also include: departments, warehouses and workers.

Subjects are entered into the Subjects register, which is accessed by opening the menu Settings | Subjects | Subjects.

This user guide is prepared to help you understand how to prepare the Subjects register. It is divided into the following chapters:

Description of subjects at Tecta This chapter presents the Subjects register used in the fictitious company Tecta.
Entering a customer Tecta works with customers both domestically and abroad. In this chapter, you will find a detailed description of how to enter a new customer into the Subjects register using Tecta as an example.
Entering a supplier Tecta works with suppliers both domestically and abroad. In this chapter, you will find a detailed description of how to enter a new supplier into the Subjects register.
Entering a municipality Municipalities are also business partners, as they are important in personnel calculations. In this chapter, you will find a detailed description of how to enter a new municipality into the Subjects register.
Entering a bank Banks are needed for payment processes and currency conversions. In this chapter, you will find a detailed description of how to enter a new bank into the Subjects register.
Entering an institution Institutions include various subjects in the fields of education, occupational safety, etc. In this chapter, you will find a detailed description of how to enter a new institution into the Subjects register.
