Coders

Coders allow the user to operate the PANTHEON VET program more easily, quickly, and correctly. With the help of coders, we set up the settings in the program that enable structured work and tracking of the processes of the veterinary company.

Business partners The Bestia Veterinary Clinic primarily works with pet owners and suppliers of veterinary supplies and medicines from Slovenia and abroad. It also operates with legal entities, financial institutions, and other veterinary companies. Business partners in PANTHEON VET are entered in the coder of entities. In this chapter, we will present Coder of entities, an example of creating new entities and related settings.
Warehouses Warehouses in the PANTHEON VET program support all key processes in warehouses and provide a good overview of the quantity and value of our identi or medicines. The basic settings of warehouses are located in Coder of entities.
Staff Employees at the Bestia Veterinary Clinic are assigned to various departments.  Veterinarians work both in the clinic and in the field. For them, we maintain in the Staff module Personal files. In this chapter, we present the organizational chart of the Bestia company and the departments. In addition to general presentations, we have also prepared examples of creating departments and job positions for you.
Types of documents Types of documents enable structured collection and recording of documents in the PANTHEON VET program. The number and type of document types depend on the business processes in the veterinary company. In this chapter, we have prepared a presentation of document types based on the example of the Bestia clinic and a basic example of creating a new document type and related settings.
Accounting The accounting of the Bestia clinic is managed by the external accounting company Pecunia. In this chapter, we present the coders they work with in external accounting: chart of accounts, cost centers, fixed assets, and vehicles. We have also prepared examples of creating a new fixed asset and cost center for you.
