SMS text
Text in the field SMS text can be manually entered with text intended exclusively for the selected owner and animal. For this purpose, we can add or change the text ourselves.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EXAMPLE
The responsible person at the reception wants to manually enter the text for the SMS message to notify about the appointment when entering a new appointment. They do this by following these steps:

1. Entering the appointment
The responsible person creates a new appointment entry as described in the chapter Entering the appointment.
They continue with entering the text.

TIP
When we create a new appointment, the SMS text field is automatically filled if we have set Default SMS text in the Administrator console.

On the right side of the window Appointment there is an input field for SMS text.
The responsible person wants to manually enter the text.

TIP
We can also have SMS texts pre-prepared in the form of templates. You can read about using a template at this step in the user case Use.

For this purpose, they click in the empty field and start typing:
Dear
On December 23, 2022, at 10:00 AM, your pet, Lisa, is scheduled with us.

Save the text by clicking the button Save.
