Planning Unit Select any given time period (months, years, quarters)
Count quarters from When quarters will start to count. Only applicable for monthly planning unit.
Plan Start Select any given time period as the start period for planning.
Plan End Select any given period as the end period for planning.
Subject Select the subject for planning from the register if the plan pertains exclusively to it (e.g. sales plan for a specific customer). By double-clicking you open the Subjects register.
Contact Select the contact person who monitors the planning from the contacts. By double-clicking you open the Subjects register.
Copy Subject If checked, the selected subject is offered in the planning.
Department Select the department from the Subjects register for which the plan is being create if the plan pertains exclusively to it.
Copy Department If checked, the selected department is offered in the planning.
Cost. ctr. Select the cost center from the cost centers for which the plan is being create if the plan pertains exclusively to it.
Transfer Cost ctr. If checked, the selected cost centers is offered in the planning.
Bank Select the exchange rates database from the register which will be used in planning (if you unchecked the Planning in Primary Currency Only checkbox).
Item Custom Field Select which custom field of items should be used in the plan.
Show in Currency Select the exchange rate from the Currencies register for which values will be displayed in the main planning table (if you unchecked the Planning in Primary Currency Only checkbox).
Planning in Primary Currency Only It is checked if you plan in one currency only (primary currency).
Show Item Enables you to select if items will be shown as number, name or combination of ID and name.
Contact Select the contact person responsible or carrying out of the plan from the company.
Status Select plan status with description. They are first created in the register which is opened by double-clicking this field.
Plan Variant The following three types of the plan can be selected: Normal, Optimistic and Pessimistic.
Planned By Select the clerk who created the plan from the users displayed.
Date Here is displayed the date on which the plan was created.
Checked By Select the clerk who prepared the budget among the users displayed.
Date Here is displayed the date on which the plans were checked.
Copy department along with Cost center Will copy department along with cost center.
Include consolidated data This option will include consolidated data to plan.
Copy values to new line This option will copy plan values to new line.
Month names in English This option will show names of months in English.

1. Note for document

This section contains panel, where you can add custom note for created plan.

2. Finance settings

Contains additionl settings for reference statement and document types.

Reference statement Which statement is reference statement for financial plan.
Check on Comparison When checkbox is selected, reference statement and financial plan are compared on the fly for changes in formula.
Use only active account plan When selected, only accounts in active account plan are used in plan analysis. When deselected acounts from inactive account plans are also considered.
Document types List of all financial document types that are considered in analysis.

3. Export Settings

Contains information about password for exported plan.

General form contains three additional functionalities in Wizard:
  • Merge plans where you can merge different plans into one.

  • Check formulas where you can check validity of exisiting formulas.

  • Copy plan data where you can copy data from selected plan.
