Convert Occupations in SKP-08

In Employee Files Taskbar press wizard 006617.gif to open the panel Convert Occupations SKP-V2 to SKP-08.

With help of this window we can change Occupational Code from SKP-2V into SKP-08 (Standard Occupational Classification 2008). Converter is made according to SURS , that is available on this web site: www.stat.si/doc/drzstat/PretvornikSKPV2_SKP08Os_02042010.xls

 

Folder Occupation at Employee's Position

 

 

Occupation on Position In Upper part of the window are Positions with old Codes in lower part are Matching new Occupations according to SKP-08.
Position Position from code Table.
Occupation Copy the code from Occupational Titles.
Name Copy the name from Occupational Titles.
Replace only for this Position

Pressing this button you will replace  selected Occupational Code only for this Position.

Pressing S klikom na gumb Potrdi izvedeno oz. z klikom na gumb Prekliči ovržemo prevedbo šifre poklica.
Replace All

Pressing this button you will replace Code Occupation for Positions with the same code. The program reports notice:

ID Position from Salary Parameters.
Position Name of Position from Salary Parameters.
Occupation Code from Standard Occupational Qualiffication from Salary Parameters.
Name Name of field from Standard occupational Qualiffication.
Replace only for this Position

Pressing this button you will replace  selected Occupational Code only for this Position.The program reports notice:
