Classification Scheme

Classification Scheme is a system of classifying documents, which is determined by the authorities in the company, i.e., it derives from tasks, business processes or company activities.
It is the basic and most important plan for arranging documentary material. It very precisely defines the documentation hierarchy, the type of documentation and its purpose, the storage period and the method of labeling or document numbering.
