Workflow Print

The Overview form enables you to print all workflow diagrams. The Workflow Print form can be accessed from the menu Workflow Design | Wizards | Overview by clicking the
(Reports) toolbar button.
The form is divided into two tabs.

The Reports tab is divided into two sections:
Date from
|
Specify the start date of workflow creation or the date of the last change to the workflow. The program displays a report with the workflow diagrams corresponding to the date specified.
By default, the field is automatically populated with the current date.

(Date) To
|
Specify the end date of workflow creation or the date of the last change to the workflow. The program displays a report with the workflow diagrams corresponding to the date specified.
By default, the field is automatically populated with the current date.

Stretch picture size
|
If checked, the workflow diagram image is stretched to the frame.
|
Keep aspect ratio
|
If checked, the workflow diagram is displayed in the report window in the default ratio. The ratio between the width and the height of the diagram is preserved.
|
Print
|
Displays the selected report type, ready for printing.
|

Name

Name of the workflow corresponding to the date criteria specified.

User Ins. (User inserted)
|
Displays the user who inserted the workflow corresponding to the date criteria specified.

Date Ins. (Date inserted)
|
Displays the date when the workflow was inserted corresponding to the date criteria specified.
|
User Chg. (User Changed)
|
Displays the user who changed the workflow corresponding to the date criteria specified.
|
Date Chg. (Date Changed)
|
Displays the date when the workflow was last changed corresponding to the date criteria specified.
