Create new payment method

The action button Create new payment method can be found in the right of the toolbar in the Payment methods register. Clicking on this button opens the Payment method information panel for adding a new payment method to the register.
The Doc. Texts register can be accessed from the menu Registers | Payment methods.
On the left, the toolbar lists all the registers as clickable tabs. On the right, you can find a button specifically for the Payment methods register: Create new payment method.

Open a form to create new payment method. |

An enabled toggle button shows that payment method is active and shown on all drop-down menus.
An inactive payment method is not shown as an option. |

Enter a max 3-character alphanumerical code of the desired payment method. |

Select method of payment from dropdown menu.
Two methods are predefined:

Select check type from dropdown menu.
Three methods are predefined:
• No check
• Check
• Standing order

Icon |
Upload an icon into the space with a Drag and drop option or click in the empty space and a File Explorer window will pop up for selecting your icon file.
You can use image formats: .jpg, .png, .jpeg, etc.

WARNING
If we want to delete a payment method that we have already used on documents, the program gives us a warning.
