Run any form

With the Run any form block, you can integrate running any currently open PANTHEON forms into a workflow.
In practice, this means e.g. in the case of a predefined eWorkflow Check document before VAT calculation, the program automatically opens PANTHEON forms for you to perform the relevant checks as the process runs.
The block can be accessed from the menu Settings | Documentation | Workflow Design by clicking the panel Design | PANTHEON Forms.

Double-clicking the block Run any form opens the Task edit form for defining workflow settings. For more information about the form, see the chapter Task edit.

For Run any form block, you need to define the procedure by setting up the fields marked in red.
