Link Mailbox
On Link Mailbox tab we can link Subjects or Document Type with Mailbox and Workflow.
Settings are used for sending documents.
Link Mailbox offers possibilities to link:
- Subjects
- Document type
- Subject and document type
Different combinations are possible: Subject and Document type or only document type or only Subject.
Mailbox and Workflow determine the service and provider for sending documents for these settings.

Use Subject and Doc.Type.

Use Only Subject (if Subject and Doc.Type is not found it searches only for Subject)

If Subject and Doc.Type are empty (if both are empty then mailbox is default for all Subjects and Doc.Types that don't have setting here
