Item lines in Price change

 

For a quick and easy entering of item product data, PANTHEON Web Light enables searching items by ID or name. Data can be entered or selected from the drop-down menu.

1. Add item

When you find the right item, you can change its quantity, price, and discount. You can move between the field with the Tab key. The  button moves the item/product to lines.

Search

You can search items/product by ID, name or supplier ID. The data can be entered manually or selected from the drop-down menu.

Quantity

After selecting an item, the default quantity is 1. You can change the quantity.

Price

The price is automatically applied from the Items register. This field shows the selling price. It can also be changed.

Discount %

The discount is applied from the Subjects register. You can also enter it manually.

 Add line

By clicking + or the Enter key, the selected set with all data is added to lines.

 

2. Item lines

Items added to document lines are shown with the following columns:

Line

The consecutive line number, automatically generated by the program.

Item

The item ID (code) of the selected item. This data cannot be changed.

Name

The name of the selected item; can also be changed.

Stock

Stock value for the selected warehouse on the date of document creation.

U/M

Unit of measurement for the specific item (applied from the Items register).

RP

Retail price.

SP

Selling price.

Old price

Existing price from the Items register. This data cannot be changed.

New price

New price (retail and/or selling price).

The fields New price, Difference and % (Percentage) are interconnected: either enter the New price and the program calculates the Difference and Percentage, or you can enter the Difference or Percentage and let the program calculate New price.

Difference

The difference between the old and the new price (positive or negative).

The fields New price, Difference and % (Percentage) are interconnected: enter the New price and the program calculates Difference and Percentage, or you can enter the Difference and let the program calculate the New price and Percentage.

%

The difference between the old and the new price in percentage (positive or negative).

The fields New price, Difference and % (Percentage) are interconnected: either the program calculates the Percentage, or you can enter the Percentage and let the program calculate the New price and the Difference.

Margin

For each pricing level, the program applies the percentage of new margin, i. e. the margin in the new selling prices.

 (Note)

Upon clicking the  icon, a window pops up for entering a note onto the document line. If there is a note in line, the icon colors yellow.

 (Delete)

Delete line.
