General data in Inventory
General data is moved to the right. It can be shown or hidden by clicking on the arrow (as shown in the picture).
Information in the general data is divided into two parts divided by a dotted line.
The first part shows the date of inventory and its characteristics.
The second part has information about the responsible persons.

Inventory date
|
Date for which inventory is counted.
For example, at regular annual inventory at the end of the fiscal year, it can be 31 December 20…

Show items with no stock
|
If this toggle button is enabled, the program will – upon selecting In stock feature – also show items that have zero stock. By default, the toggle button is disabled.

Also consider packaging and composite goods
|
If this toggle button is enabled, at searching (entire or partial) stock or entering lines, the program will also count items of Packaging or Composite goods types. By default, the toggle button is disabled.

Responsible person
|
By default, the user logged into the program. The responsible person can also be changed.

Clerk
|
By default, the user logged in. The clerk cannot be changed!
