Reports

The module Reports is used to create reports on vacancies and applicants. It allows you to create content-specific reports:

An invitation to interview is sent to an eligible candidate who has applied for the vacancy. The invitation should contain data on the place, date and time of the interview, as shown on the image below.

Below is an example of how to create and send an invitation to interview in PANTHEON.

CASE SUMMARY

Sally Sales, Head of Wholesale at Tecta, wants to send the applicant an invitation to an interview. In the invitation, she must specify the place, date and time of the interview. This is done as follows:

  1. Preparing the content of an invitation to interview
  2. Creating the invitation to interview
  3. Sending the invitation to interview

1. Preparing the content of an invitation to interview

The person responsible prepares the content of the invitation to interview in the menu Settings | Program | Reports.

The window of the Reports register opens.

After clicking the toolbar button (Data import/export), the person responsible selects the option Transfer registers.

HINT

For instructions on how to enter a new report type, see the chapter Changing report settings.

The person responsible can transfer the pre-defined report types from a web server.

Once the report type is ready, the person responsible can print out the invitation to interview.

2. Creating the invitation to interview

The person responsible wants to print out the created invitation to interview.

The person responsible opens the menu Personnel | Employment | Reports or clicks the button (Reports) in the module Applicants.

The window Vacancies and applicants.

The report data can be limited by defining the following criteria:

  • Applicant
  • Vacancy no.
  • Application from/to
  • Interview from/to

The person responsible limits the report by entering the vacancy number, as shown in the image below.

In this case, the person responsible selects the report type: 3MP - Interview invitations.

Clicking the button Report opens a preview of the invitation to interview.

3. Sending the invitation to interview

The person responsible can send the invitation to interview to the applicant via email by clicking the button Send by e-mail.

WARNING

In order to send notifications and other documents by email, the field Email sender must be filled in in the menu Administration Panel | Settings | Internet.
