Creating an Account card report

The account card report provides a printout of an individual account or a rank of accounts.

We can check account card only when all documents affecting the balance have been posted in PANTHEON.

In this chapter, we will present an example of the report's account card feature. The feature is located in the Reports module, in the Account card submodule.

CASE SUMMARY
The person responsible wants to review the balance of the account card for account 2111 - Short-term trade payables in more detail. The report aims to cover all the entities involved. For this purpose, they select the Account card report, which they prepare following the steps listed below:
- Determining criteria for the preparation of the report
- Previewing and printing of the report

1. Determining criteria for the preparation of the report
The person responsible opens the report preparation form by clicking on Reports in the menu, and then chooses the Account card submodule.
From the drop-down list, located in the document header, they chose 2211 - Short-term trade payables in the Account field.
The program updates the data in the list so that it meets the entered criteria.

At the bottom of the form, in the footer of the document, a row appears where the total debit, credit and balance values are added up.
2. Previewing and printing of the report
The person responsible wants to print the report with the selected criteria. Various printout formats are available.
For this purpose, they click on the Print button located in the upper right corner.
They select the desired printout format from the drop-down list. In this case, they choose 32D - Account card.
