Average Salaries by Department

 

In the Average Salaries by Department tab of the Administration Panel | Settings | Program Parameters | Personnel | Custom Fields you can determine names that will appear as column captions for the entry of information in the register of Average Salaries.  

The header of the panel only has the Department parameter to choose from:

Department Choose the departments that should be taken into account for the custom field settings.
After choosing the department click refresh to refresh the screen data.

 

The bottom part of the panel has the following columns:

Department Name of the department chosen in the header parameters.
Factor 1 - Factor 15

You can describe factors for payroll in a custom way.

Predefined are fields with following numbers: 1, 2, 3 and 4.
In calculation formulas you can refer to individual fields with following names #Fa1#, #Fa2#,…#Fa15#.

 

Enter the name of the field that will appear in the Average Salaries register for a specific department.
Report Set if it needs to be seen on the report.
