Import workflows

The Import workflows functionality allows you to import predefined eWorkflows using the PANTHEON Web Service to make your work easier.

HINT

For descriptions and use cases of predefined eWorkflows for PANTHEON Web, see the chapter eWorkflows for PANTHEON Web.

The functionality can be accessed on the Settings module by clicking the Import workflows button.

1. Import criteria and type

In this section, select the criteria and the type of import for transferring eWorkflows using the Web Service.

The section contains the following fields:

Group

From the drop-down list, select the group of eWorkflows you want to transfer using the Web Service.

You can select one of the following groups:

  • DMS
  • eBanking
  • eDocumentation
  • ePosting
  • Financials
  • Goods
  • PANTHEON Web
  • SMS and email notification
  • Tasks
  • Web shops

Build number

Filters the downloaded eWorkflows according to the build number for which the eWorkflow was created.

Import Type

In the Import type field, select how the eWorkflows will be imported. Two options are available:

  • Add/edit – If selected, any records that do not yet exist in the eWorkflow register will be downloaded using the Web Service, while the existing records will be overwritten.
  • Add – If selected, any records that do not yet exist in the eWorkflow register will be downloaded using the Web Service.

For Country

Select predefined eWorkflows that are available for the corresponding localization or country. Currently available localizations include:

  • BA – Bosnia and Herzegovina
  • SI – Slovenia
  • Other countries

Download from server

Transfers the eWorkflows using the Web Service, according to the selected criteria and import type.

2. Workflow table

The workflow table shows all the predefined eWorkflows that have been downloaded using the Web Service, according to the selected criteria and import type.

The table displays columns for each eWorkflow:

Yes/No

In the Yes/No column, specify the eWorkflows you want to transfer to the register. If checked, the checkbox color turns yellow.

Name

Name of the eWorkflow downloaded using the Web Service.

Note

Note or description of the eWorkflow downloaded using the Web Service.

Build number

Build number for which the downloaded eWorkflow was created.

Transfer into register

Saves the selected eWorkflows from the list to the register.
