Activating eExchange services

 

WARNING

All three functionalities: eDocumentation , eExchange and eWorkflows are included in all PANTHEON licenses.

Before using the eExchange and eDocumentation services for the first time, you have to activate them.

 

 

To get the most out of the document eExchange in PANTHEON, we recommend you activate the following services according to your company's needs:

Activate eInvoice Services

The eInvoice services package includes sending and receiving e-invoices and other eSLOG documents (e-orders, e-packing slip ...).

Receiving e-documents (e-invoices, e-packing slips, e-orders) is free of charge, the sending charge depends on the selected package you have activated and the network, where the document is being sent.

Activate ePosting Services

ePosting is a service that enables collection and recognition of data from a PDF document (using OCR technology). The recognised data are converted to an eDocument format and the eDocument (such as JSON e-invoices) is then imported to PANTHEON among received invoices. If you want to import scanned documents without transcribing them manually, we recommend you activate the ePosting service.

Activate eMessages Service

Notifying your customers via SMS or Viber messages or e-mail is a service available in Documentation. The service can be used if you have activated the eMessage service.
