Activating PANTHEON Granules

Activating PANTHEON Granules is a simple process.
First, you need to select specific PANTHEON Granules that employees will use in their work. You can choose between five individual PANTHEON Granules or a combination of PANTHEON Granules for each user.
PANTHEON Granules are linked to a named user, which means that each PANTHEON Granule must be linked to a specific employee in the company.

PANTHEON Granules are additional services that can be accessed if your company has already been using one of the PANTHEON licenses.

CASE SUMMARY
The company Tecta Ltd. wants to enable its employees to use some of the functionalities of PANTHEON. Because they are looking for a solution that is easy to use and cost-effective, they choose to use PANTHEON Granules. For this purpose, the person responsible selects the appropriate PANTHEON Granules and activates them. This is done as follows:
- Selecting appropriate PANTHEON Granules
- Logging in to the PANTHEON UserSite
- Ordering PANTHEON Granules

1. Selecting appropriate PANTHEON Granules
The person responsible at Tecta wants to enable its employees to use some of the functionalities of PANTHEON.
In the chapter PANTHEON Granules, the person responsible checks the functionalities of the individual PANTHEON Granules.
According to the employees' needs, the person responsible chooses the appropriate type and number of PANTHEON Granules, as shown in the chapter Using PANTHEON Granules at Tecta, a fictional company.
2. Logging in to the PANTHEON UserSite
To activate PANTHEON Granules, a login to the PANTHEON UserSite is required.

Before a new user can log in, registration on the PANTHEON UserSite is required. For more information on the registration procedure, see the chapter Registration for PANTHEON users.

HINT
A user logged in to PANTHEON is automatically logged in to the PANTHEON UserSite by clicking the button Help | Help Contents in PANTHEON.

The person responsible clicks the toolbar option Login.

The person responsible enters their details in the fields User name and Password and clicks the button Login.

The person responsible can now order PANTHEON Granules. For this purpose, the person responsible clicks the menu option My data | EServices.

Among the eBusiness services, the person responsible goes to the window PANTHEON Web Granules and clicks the button MORE INFORMATION AND ORDER.

This opens the page for ordering PANTHEON Granules.

HINT
Administrator can quickly access Granules ordering form on usersite from PANTHEON by selecting the Order button on the Granules tab in the menu Settings | Program | Administration panel | Versions/Upgrades | Installation.

3. Ordering PANTHEON Granules
The person responsible then orders the desired PANTHEON Granules for Tecta's employees:
- Richard Worker and four other manufacturing employees will use the Granule Work records.
- Calvin Clerk will use the Granule Travel orders.
- Richard Repairment will use the Granule Documents and Tasks.
- Betty Umbra will use the Granule B2B orders
- Wallace Wholesale will use the Granules Work records, Travel Orders as well as Documents and Tasks.
The person responsible enters the total number of PANTHEON Granules required in the column Activated granules.

The monthly cost of PANTHEON Granules is calculated in the table according to the quantities entered.
To activate PANTHEON Granules, the person responsible needs to confirm the special terms of use by checking the checkbox.
Clicking the button Save changes activates the newly added PANTHEON Granules.

Upon activation, administrators receive a confirmation email about the activation of a PANTHEON Granule.

The person responsible can now assign relevant PANTHEON Granules to individual users.
