Payment in installments

Clicking on the Installments icon opens a window that allows you to:
- create and print out cheques – only to record the cheque(s) number (if there are more than one cheque(s) due to the maximum amount being exceeded);
- enter information about installment payment by a standing order;
- print out the installment contract if you create installments in advance and the due dates of the installments are different.

The window has the following sections and information:
1. Header for entering data for creating installments
Create installments on

The date on which the installment creation starts (current date by default).

Frequency
|
From the drop-down list, select the frequency at which individual installments should be created (e.g. monthly, annually, etc.).

No. of installments
|
Enter the number of installments to be created.
|
Amount Due |
Total amount of the invoice (applied automatically). |
Outstanding |
Amount not yet settled (applied automatically). |
Create installments
|
The software will create installments according to the data entered (number of installments, period, etc.). |
2. List of installments
The list contains the following information:
No.

Consecutive number of the individual installment.
|
Date
|
Date of the individual installment.
|
Amount
|
Amount of the individual instalment.
|
Payment method |
Description of the selected payment method (up to 100 characters). |
Number |
The number of individual installment. |
Account
|
Bank account from which the money will be withdrawn to settle the outstanding amount. |
Bank |
The bank where the bank account is opened. |
3. Footer with action buttons
X Cancel
|
Cancels the process of creating installments and closes the window.
|
Clear
|
Clicking on this button will delete all created installments (including cheque data).
|
Print contract |
Based on the installment payment details you have entered, you can then click on the button and print the contract to sign a deferred payment agreement. |
Save |
Save entered data. |
Clicking on the Create installments button will crate a list of individual installments and their details.
