Overview of serial numbers

The overview of serial numbers can be accessed directly from the main menu by selecting the option Reports | Stock.

The form can be divided into the following sections:

  1. Command line, where you can find other report types and important action buttons: Wizards and Print.
  2. Header or line for searching data
  3. List of items and serial numbers

When selecting the report Overview of serial numbers, it is recommend that you select the criteria to display only the relevant data. Otherwise, the report will display data for all items and all warehouses.

1. Command line

For printing and storing, you can select among different report types depending on the settings defined in the Reports register in PANTHEON. PANTHEON Web Light uses reports directly from PANTHEON.

When printing, select the report type according to your needs. You can select among the following reports:

  • Serial number history – overview of the movement of serial numbers by warehouse and subject. You can also create a report based on the validity of serial numbers.
  • Serial number stock – overview of stock by serial number showing all used serial numbers other than 0. If any errors occur, this report (unlike the report Available serial numbers) also shows a negative stock of serial numbers.
  • Available serial numbers – overview of the available serial numbers for this item in the selected warehouse. Available serial numbers are those that can be used for further consumption in manufacturing or sales. You can also create a report based on the validity of serial numbers.
  • Work-in-progress – overview of serial numbers that are marked as used, but are used in unfinished work orders (work-in-progress).
  • Summary report – overview of all discrepancies in relation to quantity and serial number type.
  • Available serial numbers - product variants – overview of the serial numbers of product variants.
  • Expired serial numbers – overview of serial numbers that have expired up the current date. Only serial numbers that have an expiry date are displayed.

2. Header or line for searching data
