Download WF definitions

In Step 5 of the Setup Wizard for Documentation, you can download the predefined eWorkflows using the Web Service.

The form for downloading eWorkflow definitions works in the same way as similar forms used in other registers.

Using eWorkflow in your business helps you automate repetitive tasks to improve and speed up your company's daily processes. The eWorkflows that are commonly used in companies have been predefined and you can download them in this step using the Web Service.

You can adapt eWorkflows to your needs or create new ones.

HINT

To design eWorkflows according to the specific needs of your company, contact Datalab consultants by phone on 01 252 89 50 or by email at prodaja@datalab.si.

For more information on this feature, see the chapter Workflow Design (eWorkflow Design) in the technical guide.

Here is a description of the form and its individual elements.

Contents

  1. Criteria
  2. Import Type
  3. eWorkflow definitions table
  4. Form footer

1. Criteria

In the Criteria section, select the criteria for downloading eWorkflows using the Web Service. The section contains the following fields:

Group

The predefined eWorkflow definitions are divided into groups, depending on the area of application. This field allows filtering the downloaded eWorkflow definitions based on the groups. The following groups are available:

  • (None) – all eWorkflow groups
  • Blago (Goods) – group of eWorkflows for the Goods module
  • Denar (Financials) – group of eWorkflows for the Financials module
  • DMS – group of eWorkflows for the PANTHEON DMS module
  • SMS – group of eWorkflows for SMS/email notifications
  • Splošno (General) – group of eWorkflows for general processes

Build No.

Filters the downloaded eWorkflows according to the build number for which the eWorkflow was created.

The field is automatically populated with the installed build number. All results with the same or a smaller build number are displayed.

2. Import Type

In the Import Type section, select how the eWorkflow definitions will be imported and select the desired localization. The section contains the following elements:

Adding

If activated, any records that do not yet exist in Workflow Design will be downloaded using the Web Service. When this radio button is activated, its color turns orange.

Add/Update

If activated, any records that do not yet exist in the Workflow Design will be downloaded using the Web Service, while the existing records will be overwritten. When this radio button is activated, its color turns orange.

For Country

Select predefined eWorkflow definitions that are available for the corresponding localization or country. Currently available localizations include:

  • SI – Slovenia
  • HR – Croatia
  • Other countries

Transfer from Server (button)

Downloads the eWorkflow definitions using the Web Service according to the selected criteria and import type.

3. eWorkflow definitions table

The eWorkflow definitions table shows all the eWorkflow definitions that have been downloaded using the Web Service according to the criteria and import type selected. The table displays the data fields for each eWorkflow definition:

Yes/No

Select the eWorkflow definitions to be downloaded to the register. When the checkbox is checked, its color turns orange.

Name

Shows the name of the eWorkflow definition downloaded using the Web Service.

Note

Shows a description (note) of each eWorkflow definition downloaded using the Web Service. The description often defines the function of the eWorkflow. For example, the Note field for the eWorkflow SMS in ePoštno obveščanje (SMS and email notifications) contains the following description: Notify users by SMS or email.

Build No.

Shows the number of the build for which the eWorkflow definition was created.

Transfer into Register (button)

Transfers the eWorkflow definitions selected in the table to Workflow Design.

HINT

You can edit the data in the table as desired before transferring it to the register.

4. Form footer

In the footer of the form, there are buttons to navigate between the steps of the Setup Wizard.

Back (button)

Returns to the previous step of the Setup Wizard.

Next (button)

Moves to the next step of the Setup Wizard.
