Links to forms and archives

In Step 8 of the Setup Wizard for Documentation, you can check and edit the links between PANTHEON forms, classifications and archives.
The link defines the connection between an archive (e.g. DMS0) and a PANTHEON form (e.g. Subjects register). This connection specifies that when documents are imported into the documentation using the Subjects register form, they will always be placed in the defined archive. This link needs to be defined the first time a document is imported into a specific form.
Here is a description of the form and its individual elements.

The table contains the following fields:
Caption

Shows the name of the form, which is visible to the user.

Class name
|
Shows the name of the form as it is named in the PANTHEON program code.

Classification
|
Shows the classification linked to the form. When exporting a document from a form, the document is classified according to the selected classification.
Classification can be changed by selecting it from the drop-down list of classifications or by clicking the (magnifier) icon to search for it using the search engine.

Archive
|
Shows the archive linked to the form. When exporting a document from a form, the selected archive document type is assigned to the document.

In the footer of the form, there are buttons to navigate between the steps of the Setup Wizard.

Returns to the previous step of the Setup Wizard.

Moves to the next step of the Setup Wizard.
