Downloading a pre-prepared Classification Scheme

On the PANTHEON server, basic pre-prepared Classification Schemes are available for different company types, which can be edited and adjusted as you wish after transferring.
The following 4 types of Classification Schemes are pre-prepared, adjusted according to your organization type.
- Classification Scheme for companies and institutions with retention periods
- Classification Scheme for Ltd.
- Classification Scheme for sole proprietors
- Classification Scheme for societies

To transfer the Classification Scheme into the register, the person responsible selects the Settings | Program | Administration Panel panel.
The person responsible selects the Settings | Documentation | Classification Scheme panel.
In the toolbar of the register, the person responsible clicks the
(Import/Export Data) button and selects the Transfer Registers feature.

A Transfer Registers - Classification Scheme window opens.
In the Criteria section, the person responsible selects the suitable Classification Scheme according to company type, in the Group field.
The Tecta PLC company is a public limited company, for which the following Classification Scheme is suitable: S01 - Classification Scheme for companies and institutions with retention periods.

In the Import Type section, the person responsible selects the Adding checkbox, as the pre-prepared Classification Scheme will be transferred for the first time.

HINT
Import Type Adding finds missing classifications and adds them into the Classification Scheme and does not change the settings of existing classifications.
Type Add/Update transfers all records and settings from the server and resets the settings of updated classifications.

Then, in the For Country field, the person responsible selects the localization SI from the drop-down list, as the person responsible wants to import a Classification Scheme in accordance to the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia.

The Code and Description fields enable you to filter classifications. You can also filter using the wildcard character %.

The person responsible carries out the transfer by clicking the Transfer from server button.
Next, the person responsible transfers the selected Classification Scheme into the register.
To do this, the person responsible selects the classifications the company will use on the list of transferred classifications in the lower part of the window. This is done by marking the checkbox in the Yes/No column.

HINT
Right-clicking the mouse on the list offers options for faster selection of classifications to transfer into the register. In a moment, you can select or reject all classifications, or select them inversely.

In this case, the person responsible leaves all classifications selected.

Warning
Selecting classifications with checkboxes in the Yes/No column enables the transfer of individual classifications into the Classification Scheme.

The transferring process is finished by clicking the Transfer into Register button.
If the link is successful, an information window opens, where the person responsible clicks the Confirm button.
In the next step, the person responsible creates and edits classifications.
