Work records

The Work records module can be accessed in the Personnel module and is used for keeping track of employee working hours, e.g. arrival to work, lunch break, exit, etc. In addition, it enables you to:

  • have overview of planned, actual and accounted working hours by day or for a desired period;
  • have an overview of leave assigned, used and remaining;
  • submit and check requests for absences, work obligations, etc.

 

IMPORTANT
  • The employees can see their own data, while the superiors (managers) have access to editing the data of all employees.
  • The superiors need the appropriate authorizations to be able to check and edit the work records of all employees.

 

HINT

There are four tabs in the Work records module:

  1. The My records tab opens by default. It enables the employee to track the working hours on a daily basis, view past working hours records, etc.
  2. The Attendance tab shows the attendance of employees.
  3. The Requests tab enables the employee to submit and check requests for absence, work obligations, etc.
  4. The Leave tab provides an overview of the employee's leave and the possibility to calculate leave.
