Edit a Loyalty Card

 

Loyalty cards can be beneficial for both customers and businesses. Customers receive rewards and discounts, while businesses gain customer loyalty and valuable data to improve their marketing strategies.

Case summary

The person responsible has created loyalty cards and wants to edit it one of them. This is done as follows:

  1. Editing a Card
  2. Deleting a Card

1. Editing a Card

In the main menu, the person responsible opens Settings | Program | Loyalty Cards | Loyalty Cards and selects Card Overview.


To select the desired card, the person responsible enters the initial letters of the customer's name into the Search Criteria and selects the correct one from the drop-down list.

After entering, the desired card appears in the middle of the panel. The person responsible can now assign a new customer to the same card. The change is made by clicking on the drop-down list or by clicking on the Search icon.

In this case, the selected costumer is End customer

Now, the loyalty card for End customer can be seen on the list of loyalty cards.

2. Deleting a Card

In the second case, the person responsible wants to delete the loyalty card of another customer, UMBRA, Sole proprietor. To do that, the person responsible must first mark the card in Card Overview as inactive, as shown in the image below.  

When it is marked as inactive, the card can be deleted, by clicking the 'Delete Cards' button.
With this, the basic card editing process is finished.
