Check Items Stock

 

Stock is defined as the goods received at the company's warehouse. In PANTHEON, documents for receiving, transferring and issuing stock from the warehouse can be found. For facilitating better logistics and overview, multiple warehouses can be used for stock management.

Case summary

The person responsible, Roger, wants to check stock for CAMPING BAG. This is done by following the process described below.


The person responsible is on document type 3200 – POS retail.
At the top of panel, the person responsible clicks the Operations button or uses the keyboard shotcut Ctrl+R and then selects the option Stock.

The Available stock form opens for the item in the selected line.
In the new Available Stock tab, the person responsible can see the number of stock in several fields - overview of free stock opens, where the person responsible can check the stock, available stock and hard allocations for the currently selected item in all warehouses where this item is in stock, as shown in the image below.
Available Stock is 5,00.

The person responsible clicks the Refresh Stock button and the program calculates the stock situation according to the documents, and equalizes it with the balance on the warehouse card.

After clicking the Refresh Stock button, the program shows a message that the operation is complete.
Available stock now is 4,00.

With this step, the operation is completed.
