Annual Leave Reports

Ad Hoc Analyses are used to review company’s key indicators and other relevant business data and they are also included in the Absence Reports panel for the report 395 – Annual leave.
The Annual Leave Report has its own group of criteria and according to the criteria selected on the Absence Reports form and by pressing the Transfer to Ad Hoc Analysis button, PANTHEON can generate an Ad-Hoc Analysis. The created data can then be manipulated, exported, etc.
This chapter of the User Manual presents a case of Transferring the Annual leave report to Ad Hoc Analysis in the Absence Report panel.
The person responsible selects the Personnel module from the menu and opens the Employee Files. The Employee File appears on the screen and the Absence panel is selected.

By clicking the Report button, the Absence Report window appears on the screen and the Report Type 395 – Annual Leave Report is selected.

Hint
The fields Worker and Leave in Year in the Criteria panel are filled with the name of the worker from whom we clicked the Report button.
|
The person responsible defines criteria (picture below):
- Department – selects the Manufacturing department,
- Leave in year – selects 2024 (only the years for which Annual Leave was calculated are available).

After completing the task of selecting criteria for the report, the person responsible can proceed with transferring the report to Ad Hoc Analysis by clicking the Transfer to Ad-Hoc Analysis button (the image below).

Window with Ad-Hoc analyses appears on the screen.

In the Ad-Hoc panel, the person responsible will first get an empty panel with dimensions in the top row and measures below (as presented in the picture above). Measures are automatically added to the grid when the person responsible manually distributes Dimensions either to the row or column (with drag and drop). The result is a grid that includes all data.

Warning
Ad-Hoc analyses can be limited with authorizations that can be defined in the Authorizations tab. If you set permissions for analysis to None, it won’t be visible in the menu. Consequently, you may have analyses in your database, but the menu is not visible due to authorizations.
