Documents in the Cloud

Documents stored on a Cloud can be imported into Documentation, granting access to documents to all PANTHEON users in the company.
The Documents in the Cloud form shows links to documents that are linked to files in Cloud.
The form can be accessed via the Documents form by clicking the
(Import/Export Data) button and selecting the Documents in the Cloud option.

HINT
Documents in the Cloud can be used when creating a new database and DMS documents needs to be transfered from Cloud back to DMS module. Or if new serial number is activated on Pantheon database.

Date from
|
Specify the start date of the period in which the document has been created. The program displays a table showing documents for which the date in the Date field is equal or later than the date entered.

(Date) To
|
Specify the end date of the period in which the document has been created. The program displays a table showing documents for which the date in the Date field is equal or earlier than the date entered.

Download from Cloud
|
By pressing the button, the list of all documents is filled with existing documents on Cloud for your Pantheon serial number. When downloading a list of documents, a compare between existing documents in DMS module and documents on Cloud storage is executed and only missing documents in DMS module are listed in grid.

Save to DMS
|
By pressing the button all Cloud documents listed in grid are saved to DMS module.

Timeout
|
Set timeout if download is taking more time.
