Report type

The annual leave reports can be accessed using the Print button on the Leave tab.

1. Toolbar
Toolbar has the following fields:
Print

Clicking the Print button creates a report based on the selected criteria.

Closes the Print panel and returns to Leave. |
2. Report type
On the left side of the panel, there is a list of reports that user can create.
3. Criteria
The right side of the panel displays the filtering criteria with the following fields:
Leave in year
|
Select leave year.
|
Period from / To
|
Select the period of leave. |
Active employee |
Employee status. |
Employee
|
Employee who is signed in the Granule. This field is filled in automatically and cannot be changed.
|
Departments |
Select one or more departments. |
Jobs |
Select one or more jobs. |
Employment relationship |
Select an employment relationship, e.g full time work. |
Status |
Select one or more employee statuses. |
Absence type |
Select the type of absence e.g sick leave, study leave, annual leave (holidays). |
Category |
Select leave category. |
Unused leave |
Enable the toggle button to include unused leave in the report. |
