Disability

The Disability panel is for tracking your employees' level of disability and dysfunctions.

In the Disability section you can define following fields:
Disability |
In this field you can select from the drop-down menu the level of disability.

Descr. of disability |
In this field you can enter the description of the disability (text field).

Cause of Disability |
In this field you can select from the drop-down menu the cause of disability:
- injury at work;
- occupational disease;
- disease;
- injury off work. |
Disability occurred on |
In this field you can select from the calendar the date the disability occurred on. |
Dysfunction |
In this field you can select from the drop-down menu the degree of the employee's dysfunction. |
Desc. of dysfunction |
In this field you can enter the description of the dysfunction (text field). |
Dysfunction occurred on |
In this field you can select from the calendar the date the dysfunction occurred on. |
Decision |
In this field you can enter the number of the conclusion. |
Decision Date |
In this field you can select from the calendar the date, the conclusion has been met. |
Note |
In the Note section you can enter you notes or description. |

By clicking the + button, we enter a new position in Disability. |
Delete) |
By clicking the Delete button, we delete a position. |
In the Data about disability section you can define following fields:
Disabled employee over prescribed quota |
In this field you mark if the employee is a Disabled employee over prescribed quota. |
Period from |
In this field you can select period from disable employee was over quota. |
Period to |
In this field you can select period to disable employee was over quota. |
Type of Disability |
In this field you can select the type of disability. |
