The 33I - Solved Claims Report - Detailed by Items report shows all the service documents detailed by items, according to the parameters from the Claim Report form.

You can open the report by selecting 33I - Solved Claims Report - Detailed by Items from the Summary tab of the Claim Report form.

1. Information about the report

This section contains information about the report.

Warning

Which information is displayed in this section depends on criteria selected when creating the report, as criteria used is listed in this section of the report. You can read more about criteria used in report in the chapter Claim Report.

 

Company

Displays the information about the company that the report is generated for.

User

Displays the user who generated the report.

Report Generated

Displays the time when the report was generated.

2. Summary data

This section contains sumary data about claim documents.

Item Displays the ID and name of the item of the solved claim report.
Subject Displays the name of the subject on the solved claim report.
Document (Receiving) Displays the document key of the claim document. You can open the document by double clicking the document key.
Date (Receiving) Displays the date of the claim document.
Quantity (Receiving) Displays the item quantity of the claim document.
Document (Issue) Displays the document key of the claim made to supplier document. You can open the document by double clicking the document key.
Date (Issue) Displays the date of the claim made to supplier.
Quantity (Issue) Displays the quantity of the item of the claim made to supplier.
Remaining Displays the number of items still in service.
Days Displays the number of days required to complete the service process.
