Sign files

The Sign files block is used to sign a selected document from Documentation (XML, PDF). The file is signed in the Work Folder.

Double-clicking the block does not open the form, because the block settings cannot be changed. The block reads data from workflow variables where the following variables are defined:

• DocumentQID – Document whose files you want to sign.
• WorkFolder – Work folder. If it is not defined, the program will automatically define it. This will apply in several places, so you can add a link to information on how the folder should be defined.
• SignCertificate – Define the ID of the certificate in the database: Administration Panel | Security | Certificates. Otherwise, a certificate can be selected from the Windows Store.
