By using Confirm Issue a check is run for entered quantities of issue because the function is used for issuing material and receiving of products. The message is returned if quantity of issue is not entered in line of work order.

Solution:

1. Enter quantities of issue to lines of work order.

2. Use Confirm Receiving function.
